Pay & Perks:
RFCL is committed to offering competitive remuneration packages to its employees, ensuring their financial well-being and satisfaction. Here’s an overview of the pay and perks offered:
- Basic Pay: Selected candidates will start with a minimum Basic Pay in the pay scale of E-1, which ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000.
- Increment and Regularization: Upon successful completion of the training period and meeting minimum standards, candidates will be considered for regularization as Engineers/Officers in the E-1 pay scale with one increment.
- Allowances: In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance and either Company Accommodation or House Rent Allowance (not applicable when company accommodation is provided).
- Perquisites & Allowances: Employees are entitled to various benefits such as leave, medical facilities, contributory provident fund, gratuity, group personal accident insurance, and other welfare schemes as per company policies.
- Performance Related Pay & Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme: Eligible employees will have access to performance-related pay and contributory superannuation benefits as per company rules.
Service Agreement Bond:
Selected candidates are required to sign a service agreement bond committing to serve RFCL for a minimum of 3 years after successfully completing the training. The bond amount is Rs. 1,20,000 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand).
Essential/Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
Here are the essential eligibility criteria for each position:
- Management Trainee (Chemical): Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology with at least 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Age limit is 18 to 25 years for Engineering Graduates and 18 to 29 years for MBAs/Postgraduates (UR).
- Management Trainee (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology.
- Management Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Management Trainee (Instrumentation): Degree in Instrumentation or related fields.
- Management Trainee (Information Technology): Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Management Trainee (Law): LLB degree or Integrated LLB with preference given to candidates with additional qualifications in Corporate Laws.
- Management Trainee (HR): MBA/Integrated MBA/Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. LLB degree is desirable.
