1. Territory Sales Officer (1 position):

• Location: Vapi/Navsari/Surat
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance metrics.

2. Sales Representatives (4 positions):

• Location: Vapi/Navsari/Surat (1 representative per location)
• Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote Gajanad Foods products to retailers and customers within the designated area.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the quality and features of our offerings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collect market feedback and relay insights to the management team for product improvement.

3. Promoter for In-Shop Activity (4 positions, female candidates preferred):

• Location: Vapi/Navsari/Surat (1 promoter per location)
• Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in-store to promote Gajanad Foods products and drive sales.
  • Create attractive displays and promotional materials to attract customer attention.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products through interactive sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-shop activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• For all positions:
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles (experience in the food industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• For promoter positions: Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
