Responsibilities and Eligibility Criteria
1) Director (Administration and Finance)
The Director (A & F) oversees various administrative and financial functions within NCHMCT. With responsibilities ranging from being the custodian of records to handling legal matters and budget management, this role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational administration and finance.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in an educational/research institute, regulatory body, or government, handling personnel administration and finance matters.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Management or Law.
- Experience in a computerized environment in the fields of administration, legal, financial, establishment, or college regulation.
2) Assistant
As an Assistant at NCHMCT, you will provide vital support in office management and operations. Candidates with a graduate degree and a minimum of five years of office experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate of a recognized University with at least five years of office experience.
Desirable:
- Typewriting skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
3) Stenographer Grade D
Stenographers at NCHMCT play a crucial role in maintaining efficient communication and documentation. Candidates with a 12th pass or equivalent qualification and shorthand/typing skills are invited to apply.
Essential Qualifications:
- 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Skill test norms: Dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm & Transcription 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi (on computer).
