1. Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a full-time degree in the relevant discipline. The qualifications required are:
- Engineering Posts: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant fields
- Finance & Accounts: CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance)
- Medical Posts: MBBS (Preference for MD/MS)
- Safety Officer: Engineering Degree + Industrial Safety Certificate
- IT Posts: B.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT or MCA

2. Experience Requirements
- For Engineer (E-1 Level): Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
- For Senior Manager (E-5 Level): Minimum 16 years of experience
- For Chief Manager (E-6 Level): Minimum 20 years of experience
- For Deputy General Manager (E-7 Level): Minimum 23 years of experience
