Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of three (3) years full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Production/Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Candidates with Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning diplomas will not be considered.
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience (excluding apprenticeship period), preferably in a Steel Plant.
- Attain a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in Diploma Engineering for General candidates and 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Have been born on or after 1st May 1984 and before 1st May 2006.
Emoluments and Benefits:
Selected candidates will receive a starting Basic Salary of Rs. 17,530/- pm with a CTC of Rs. 5.6LPA in the TSK D1 grade. Additional compensation will be provided to candidates with four years or more of relevant experience. Other benefits will be as per the company’s rules applicable to this grade.
Selection Process:
The selection process will include a Written Test and Interview, with each stage being an elimination stage. Candidates currently employed with Tata Group Company/Subsidiaries/Associate Company must provide an NOC from their present employer before being considered for employment. Medical fitness and background verification are mandatory before appointment.
