1. General Manager/ IT (Sr. Solution Architect) – E7
   • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (IT/ CS) or its equivalent/ MCA.
   • Experience: Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/ L9 or above) for government officers, or minimum 19 years of experience for private sector candidates. Experience in IT solutions is required.
   • Required Pay Scale/CTC: Candidates should be in CDA pay scale Rs. 123100-215900 (L13) or above, or IDA pay scale Rs. 100000-260000 (E7) or above, or have 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 90000-240000 (E6) or above. Private sector candidates should have a minimum CTC of Rs. 29 Lakhs per annum.
2. Addl. General Manager/ IT (Solution Architect) – E6
   • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (IT/ CS) or its equivalent/ MCA.
   • Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/ L9 or above) for government officers, or minimum 16 years of experience for private sector candidates. Experience in IT solutions is required.
   • Required Pay Scale/CTC: Candidates should have 6 years of service in CDA pay scale Rs. 78800-209200 (L12) or above, or be in IDA pay scale Rs. 90000-240000 (E6) or above, or have 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 80000-220000 (E5) or above.
3. Sr. Dy. General Manager/ IT (Web Developer) – E5
   • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (IT/ CS) or its equivalent/ MCA.
   • Experience: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/ L9 or above) for government officers, or minimum 13 years of experience for private sector candidates. Experience in IT/ Cloud Management is required.
   • Required Pay Scale/CTC: Candidates should have 3 years of service in CDA pay scale Rs. 78800-209200 (L12) or above, or be in IDA pay scale Rs. 80000-220000 (E5) or above, or have 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 70000-200000 (E4) or above. Private sector candidates should have a minimum CTC of Rs. 24 Lakhs per annum.
4. Dy. General Manager/ IT (Cloud Expert) – E4
   • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (IT/ CS) or its equivalent/ MCA.
   • Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/ L9 or above) for government officers, or minimum 10 years of experience for private sector candidates. Experience in IT/ Cloud Management is required.
   • Required Pay Scale/CTC: Candidates should be in CDA pay scale Rs. 78800-209200 (L12) or above, or have 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 67700-208700 (L11) or above, or be in IDA pay scale Rs. 70000-200000 (E4) or above, or have 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 60000-180000 (E3) or above. Private sector candidates should have a minimum CTC of Rs. 18 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Process

Here’s how the selection process works:

• Based on the eligibility criteria, candidates meeting the criteria will be called for an interview.
• The venue, date, and time of the interview will be notified on the NCRTC website in advance.
• Requests for changes in the date or venue of the interview will not be entertained.
• Document verification will be conducted before the interview. Candidates must carry their original certificates for verification.

1. Online Application Process:

• Visit the NCRTC website at www.ncrtc.in.
• Navigate to the ‘Career Section’.

• Make sure you have the following documents ready before applying:
  • Valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number.
  • Scanned Copy of self-attested recent passport size colored photograph (File Size up to 100 kb, in .jpg/.jpeg format only).
  • Scanned copy of signature (File Size up to 100 kb, in .jpg/.jpeg format only).
• While applying online, you need to upload copies of the following self-attested documents: i. 10th Certificate/Birth Certificate. ii. Degree Certificate of Graduation and Post-Graduation highlighting the stream/specialization. iii. Appointment letter, Joining Order, and latest salary slip of the present organization. iv. Experience Certificate/(s) & Duty allocation orders. v. Copies of the APARs (Last Three Years) (for Govt. sector candidates). vi. Office Orders indicating promotions. vii. Experience/Service Certificate/Relieving order issued by previous organizations. viii. Form-16/ITR (for private sector candidates). ix.
