Job Descriptions:

Officer (Accounts):

• Responsible for overseeing Finance & Accounts functions.
• Maintain professional relationships with financial institutions.
• Handle banking transactions, taxation, and financial correspondence.
• Finalization of quarterly and annual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Senior Medical Officer:

• Manage hospital administration and medical consultation.
• Resource planning and management.
• Allocate duty shifts and coordinate with medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with medical policies and regulatory authorities.

Medical Officer:

• Provide medical consultation to employees and patients.
• Coordinate patient care and treatment.
• Ensure adherence to medical policies and guidelines.
• Act as Factory Medical Officer under relevant regulations.

Tenure of Engagement, Remuneration, and Benefits at HMT Machine Tools Ltd:

Aspect	Details
Tenure of Engagement	The selected candidates will be engaged on a fixed-term basis for a period of Two (2) years, extendable for an additional Two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance. Employment will automatically cease upon completion of tenure or project assignments, whichever is earlier.
Termination Clause	Employment may be terminated with three months’ notice or payment of three months’ salary in lieu of notice, without assigning any reason. The FTA does not confer the right to claim regular employment status.
Remuneration	– Candidates will be placed at the minimum of the pay-scale of the respective grade. – Eligible for DA, HRA, PF, and other statutory benefits. – Annual increments based on performance. – Monthly and annual incentives provided.
Leave Entitlement	– 10 days of casual leave per calendar year, and 2.5 days of earned leave with pay. – Earned leave cannot be encashed.
Medical Expenses	– An amount equivalent to one month’s basic pay provided annually for medical expenses. – Monthly disbursement along with salary.
Maternity Benefits	Female personnel entitled to benefits as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
Surety	5% of monthly emoluments deducted towards a surety amount, refunded on completion of contract tenure. Not refunded if employment is terminated prematurely.
Medical Examination	Pre-Employment Medical Examination mandatory to ascertain medical fitness.
Application & Processing Fee	– Non-refundable demand draft required for application fee. – Different fee structures for different categories. – No fee for Persons with Disability (PwD).
Selection Process	– Suitability based on experience and performance in the interview. – Management reserves the right to adjust eligibility criteria. – Merit-based selection. – Relaxation in criteria for exceptional candidates.
