Responsibilities:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the objectives of the Coconut Development Board. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects related to coconut development.
- Formulating policies and strategies to promote sustainable growth and innovation in the coconut industry.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders at the national and international levels.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and financial management standards.
Terms of Deputation:
- The period of deputation shall not exceed five years or till the candidate attains the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier.
- Previous deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment will be included in the period of deputation.
